    Pricing
    All prices and delivery charges listed on gelatotime.com.au are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. All prices are correct as of publishing and are subject to change at any time. We strive to publish the correct prices for all the products on this site at all times. We will get in touch with you should your order be affected by a pricing error prior to processing it.

    Price Match Guarantee
    We guarantee to match prices on any item currently available at any other website or store which we have in stock. Note that this is for items that are available for immediate purchase or delivery from other websites or stores. Shipping charges for any price matched items will be charged at the same rate as the site/store that the item is price matched from. This offer does not apply to auction sites. gelatotime.com.au extends this facility to our customers in good faith but reserves all rights in making a decision to Price Match a product.

    Warranty
    You are entitled to a replacement or refund of Gelato Time Packs, ripples and inclusions for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. However, in the unlikely event that the Cuisinart gelato maker machine develops any malfunction within 36 months of purchase, used for household or domestic use due to faulty workmanship, materials or manufacture, you will have to contact Cuisinart directly on 1800 808 971 to discuss the issue and organise a repairment or replacement for you.

    Cancelling an Order (by Gelato Time)
    Prior to the dispatch of an order, we may cancel all or any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation if:

    • the requested Products in that order are not available; or

    • there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site or in any other sales platform in relation to the relevant Product in that order;

    • we consider that the postage price selected in the checkout does not match the applicable price for the delivery address;

    • your order weight exceeds our maximum postal delivery weight (in which case we will contact you to make alternative arrangements where possible); or

    • that order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.

    If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order if we cancel it before the delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these terms and conditions.

    Cancelling an Order (by You)
    Orders may not be cancelled once submitted via this Site or via any other method of sale. Should you wish to correct your delivery address or contact details prior to the order being dispatched, please Contact Us and we will endeavor to assist you.

    Returns Policy
    Our 3 day policy return applies to the following circumstances:

    Change of mind: Please contact us info@gelatotime.com.au for any return issues. Package needs to be unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

    If your items arrive damaged or you received the wrong item: We'll make it right! Please email us info@gelatotime.com.au If possible, please include a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number and damaged item number/description. We will let you know if it’s necessary to return the item.

    If you’re missing items: Please check your packing slip to see if items are arriving in separate shipments. It is possible for boxes to get separated during transit or your missing items could be on backorder. If they do not arrive within 2-3 business days, please feel free to contact us on info@gelatotime.com.au Please be sure to have your order number and item number(s) handy!

    IMPORTANT NOTE: When a return is made outside of the 3 days policy, it could be subject to any of the following:
    • Restocking Fee • No Refund At All • Delayed Refund

    You agree to bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions by: using the Site; completing your registration through the Site; and/or obtaining or ordering Products from us using the Site or by any other method of sale.
