Ninja™ CREAMi™ Lime Flavoured Sorbet Recipe
Lime Blast sorbet in your Ninja™ CREAMi™: one sachet plus 360 mL of water. Mix tonight, freeze overnight, churn on GELATO tomorrow.

- 360 mL water

- A jug and a whisk
- A Ninja™ CREAMi™ and a 500 mL container, or another at-home gelato maker
Makes approx. 500 mL
Method
Mix
Add 360 mL of water to a jug. Add the entire Gelato Time sachet and whisk or stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Pour into your gelato-maker container.
Freeze
Freeze until completely frozen. Pro tip: Prepare the night before.
Churn
For best results, use a Ninja™ CREAMi™ or NutriBullet Chill™. Place the frozen container into your machine, select the GELATO setting and churn until complete. Gelato Time products can also be used with other at-home gelato makers. Follow your machine manufacturer's instructions.
Three steps to Lime Blast sorbet. Whisk one sachet of Lime Blast into 360 mL of water, freeze it overnight, then churn it in your Ninja™ CREAMi™ on the GELATO setting.
Tonight: mix. Tomorrow: sorbet. Just add water. Sorbet, minus the homework.
Good to know
- The wait is the point. It needs an overnight freeze, so prepare it the night before.
- Keep a spare tub frozen so there's always one ready. Only the first batch makes you wait.
