Real gelato and sorbet at home from one sachet.

Every recipe here starts with one sachet and the same three steps: Mix · Freeze · Churn. Gelatos mix with full cream milk, sorbets with water, and every one churns in your Ninja™ CREAMi™ on the GELATO setting.

One sachet plus milk or water. That's it. One sachet makes one tub, approx. 500 mL.

Every recipe, three steps

  1. Mix

    Whisk one sachet into 360 mL of full cream milk (gelatos) or water (sorbets) until it's completely dissolved.

  2. Freeze

    Freeze until completely frozen. Prepare the night before.

  3. Churn

    Place the frozen container into your Ninja™ CREAMi™, select the GELATO setting and churn until complete.
