A Ninja™ CREAMi™ or nutribullet Chill™ are the primary compatible machines. Other at-home gelato makers can generally be used too. Follow the manufacturer's own instructions.

Is it gluten free?

Yes. All six flavours are gluten free. Each sachet makes approx. 500 mL of gluten free gelato.

Are any of the flavours dairy-free?

No. Even the three sorbet (water-based) flavours carry a "may contain milk" allergen statement, so none of the six are dairy-free.

How long does it keep?
