A Ninja™ CREAMi™ or nutribullet Chill™ are the primary compatible machines. Other at-home gelato makers can generally be used too. Follow the manufacturer's own instructions.

How much does one sachet make?

Makes approx. 500 mL prepared gelato.

How long does it keep?

24 months unopened, stored in a clean, cool, dry place.

Are any of the flavours dairy-free?

No. Even the three sorbet (water-based) flavours carry a "may contain milk" allergen statement, so none of the six are dairy-free.
